Dept. Evaluation

HEA offers an evaluation of the athletic department:

• Help in conducting an athletic director review
• Assessing the athletic department before a new AD is hired or begins
• Preparing a strategic briefing report for an incoming president

The evaluation process includes interviews, surveys, culture and leadership assessment, competitive benchmarking, and an analysis of strengths, gaps, and opportunities. At the conclusion of the review, HEA produces a detailed written report and a polished presidential slide deck—giving leadership the information needed to make confident decisions and guide the department forward.
